Hero AI Prompts
The Hero AI Prompts dashboard tracks prompt counts for Hero AI usage across your account. Use it to see how many prompts ran through playbook automation or user-facing Hero AI features, filter by tenant and model, and compare trends over time.
Hero AI Prompts appears under Admin Panel > Usage. You need Admin Panel read access and Usage read permission. For credit consumption (not prompt counts), see Hero AI CreditsHero AI Credits. For token volume, see Hero AI TokensHero AI Tokens.

Open Hero AI Prompts
- Open Admin Panel.
- Go to Usage.
- Click Hero AI Prompts.
The Usage menu also includes Hero AI Credits and Hero AI Tokens.
Starting in Turbine 26.2.0, the legacy Hero AI usage page is removed from Admin Panel > Usage. Use Hero AI Credits, Hero AI Prompts, and Hero AI Tokens for usage reporting.
Historical data: Filters such as Playbook, Component, and Model Type do not apply to prompt data from before 26.2.0. The Tenant filter continues to work. Summary charts may show totals for older dates while the usage table appears empty. See Hero AI CreditsHistorical Data and Migration Limits.
Playbook Usage Tab
The Playbook Usage tab shows prompt counts tied to playbook and component automation (for example Hero AI Native Action runs and related canvas usage).
Test runs from an unsaved Hero AI Native Action may show placeholder Action and Name values (for example Unsaved Playbook and Unsaved Flow). See Hero AI CreditsUnsaved Playbook Test Runs in Hero AI CreditsHero AI Credits.

Action | Hero AI action identifier. When you Test a Hero AI Native Action before the playbook is saved, this may show an auto-generated placeholder (for example heroAI_ahecv) instead of your action title. |
Name | Playbook and flow name, or component name. Links open the canvas in a new tab when the item still exists. Unsaved Playbook and Unsaved Flow appear when usage came from Test on an unsaved playbook. Deleted labels appear when the source no longer exists. |

The User Prompts tab shows prompt counts from Hero AI Companion and related prompt-based features.

Models can be selected dynamically per prompt in Hero AI Companion. The Model Type column reflects the tier recorded for each usage row.
