enforced across hero ai features when the feature is disabled, the credits summary section is hidden; the playbook usage and user prompts tabs remain available metric description credits used hero ai credits consumed for the month credits remaining credits left for the month total monthly credits total credits allocated for the month usage progress percentage of monthly credits used, with the contract month label (for example 481 21% hero ai credits used for june 2026 ) the credits summary reflects contract month totals and does not change when you adjust date range or other filters on the tabs below tab summary cards and charts use the filters you select when usage reaches or exceeds 100% of the monthly allocation, the summary shows an alert message usage level message (typical) 100% the usage table may show placeholder values column what you may see action auto generated placeholder (for example heroai ahecv ) instead of your action title name unsaved playbook and unsaved flow instead of the saved playbook and flow names after you save the playbook, later test runs and production runs use the saved playbook name, flow name, and action name save the playbook before testing filter to dates before 26 2 0 area behavior tenant filter works for historical and current data playbook , component , type , and model type filters do not apply to data from before 26 2 0 because older logs lack those fields summary bar charts total credits or prompts and average per day can still display for older ranges usage table may appear empty for older date ranges even when summary
