Notifications Dashboard

the notification dashboard helps in tracking the number of notifications generated and emails sent across tenants and playbooks it provides visibility into notification activity, email distribution, and user level email metrics within the selected filters the following metrics are displayed total notifications generated displays the total number of notifications generated for the selected date range, tenants, playbooks, and actions total emails sent represents the total number of email notifications sent within the selected range tabs the dashboard contains two tabs tenants emails generated each tab provides a different level of visibility into notification activity tenants tab the tenants tab provides an overview of notification activity across tenants via a line graph and a detailed metric table graph a line graph displays the notifications generated over time for the selected date range the horizontal axis represents the selected date range the vertical axis represents the number of notifications generated hovering over a data point displays the total notifications generated for that specific date table details the table contains the following columns tenant the tenant where the notification was generated playbook the playbook associated with the notification action the action that triggered the notification total notifications generated the total number of notifications generated for the selected filters you can click on any of the above column headers to sort the table by the selected column emails generated tab the emails generated tab provides insights into email notifications sent to users graph a line chart displays the trend of email notifications generated over the selected date range the horizontal axis represents the selected date range the vertical axis represents the number of email notifications generated hovering over a data point displays the number of email notifications generated for that specific date table details the table contains the following columns user email the email address of the recipient emails sent the total number of email notifications sent to the user within the selected date range you can click on the column headers to sort the table by the selected column filters you can configure the notification dashboard using the following filters date range you can specify a date range to filter notifications and emails the options available are today last 7 days last 30 days last 90 days custom date range (user specified) tenant you can filter notifications by tenant the options include select all tenants search for specific tenants playbook allows filtering of specific playbooks features include select all search for specific playbooks action you can filter notifications by the action that triggered them
