Installation and Setup
The Business Continuity Management (BCM) solution is delivered as a Solution Support Package (SSP) for Swimlane Turbine.
Steps:
- Request the SSP from your Swimlane representative.
- Install the SSP into your tenant.
- After installation, two workspaces are available:
- Utilities β BCM β for data imports.
- Business Continuity Management β for daily BCM operations, workflows, and dashboards.
Importing Data
Data can be imported into BCM using BCM Data Imports in the Utilities β BCM workspace.
Steps:
- Navigate to Utilities β BCM Workspace β BCM Data Imports Application Record.
- Select the type of record you want to import:
- Resources
- Business Impact Assessments (BIAs)
- Solutions
- Tasks
- Threat Scenarios
- Incidents
- Upload the CSV file.
- Run the import playbook.
Once imported, data becomes available in the Business Continuity Management workspace. For more information the application records created, see Referencesο»Ώ.
