the playbook runs dashboard helps in tracking the number of successful playbook runs across the tenants the following metrics are displayed total playbook runs displays the total number of playbook runs for the selected date range, tenants, playbook types, trigger types, and playbooks total playbook runtime represents the cumulative runtime of all playbook runs within the selected range average playbook runtime shows the average time taken per playbook run graph a graph displays the playbook runs over time for the selected date range the horizontal axis represents the date range the vertical axis represents the number of playbook runs table details the table contains the following columns tenant the tenant where the playbook runs are executed type the type of playbook, such as component , flow , or classic playbook the name of the playbook executed flow name the flow within the playbook where the action was triggered runs the total number of times the playbook was executed failed runs the number of failed playbook executions average duration the average time taken for a single run of the playbook trigger the type of trigger that executed the playbook you can click on any of the above column headers to sort the table by the selected column filters you can configure the playbook runs using the following filters date range you can specify a date range to filter the playbook runs the options available are today last 7 days last 30 days (selected by default) last 90 days custom date range (user specified) tenants you can filter playbook runs by tenant the options include select all tenants search for specific tenants playbook type you can select specific playbook types the available types include classic components flow playbooks allows filtering of specific playbooks features include select all or search for specific playbooks trigger you can select specific triggers for playbook execution available trigger types include correlation cron playbook actions playbook button record event webhook
