the actions dashboard helps in tracking the number of action runs and their outcomes across tenants and playbooks the following metrics are displayed total action runs displays the total number of action executions for the selected date range, tenants, playbooks, actions, and connectors average action runtime shows the average time taken for all action executions within the selected date range trend line chart visualizes the number of action runs over time for the selected filters, allowing identification of usage trends summary table provides a detailed breakdown of action runs, including tenant, playbook, flow, action, connector, total runs, failed runs, and average duration graph a line chart displays the trend of action runs over the selected date range the horizontal axis represents the selected date range the vertical axis represents the number of action runs table details the table contains the following columns tenant the tenant where the action run was executed playbook the playbook associated with the action run flow the flow within the playbook where the action was triggered action the action that was executed connector the connector or integration used to run the action (e g , swimlane, github) total runs the number of times the action was executed failed runs the number of failed executions for that action average duration the average time taken to execute the action you can click on any of the above column headers to sort the table by the selected column filters you can configure the actions dashboard using the following filters date range specify a date range to filter action runs the options available are today last 7 days last 30 days (selected by default) last 90 days custom date range (user specified) tenants filter action runs by tenant the options include select all tenants search for specific tenants playbook select specific playbooks to filter the actions you can select all or search for specific playbooks connector filter by the connector used by the action, such as swimlane, github, etc action filter by specific actions as required
