the scf reporting application is the third core component of the scf common controls and evidence management solution it enables users to generate, manage, and track compliance reporting across frameworks in both ad hoc and scheduled formats reports can be used to view compliance posture, export evidence packages, and monitor control and evidence readiness across multiple compliance frameworks once the scf library and scf evidence applications are configured and populated, the scf reporting application can be used to create real time or periodic snapshots of compliance state scf reporting dashboard the default scf reporting dashboard provides a tabular view of generated reports with the following fields tracking id unique report identifier report id system generated numeric identifier report date timestamp of when the report was generated report type type of report scheduled or ad hoc each row links to a detailed report view where compliance information is displayed and downloadable artifacts are available ad hoc report view the ad hoc report view is used to create point in time snapshots of compliance posture based on user selected frameworks and evidence this view is tailored for one time exports or specialized audit requirements note ad hoc pdr report will be generated for library records whose control status is ready key features report metadata includes report id, generation date, and report type embedded pdf viewer displays the generated report inline, highlighting scf control information (id, domain, control question and answer) mapped evidence artifacts (erl id, descriptions, implementation notes) framework selector select the target compliance framework for the report downloadable artifacts pdf complete rendered report print print the report aggregation button option to re aggregate evidence and regenerate the report if updates are made post generation scheduled report view the scheduled report view provides a longitudinal view of compliance posture across multiple frameworks it is primarily used for continuous monitoring and readiness tracking across periodic reporting cycles key features report metadata displays report id, date, and type metrics section visual summary of framework coverage and status controls and evidence totals per framework ready , in progress , and not started states for both controls and evidence framework coverage includes all frameworks selected during configuration
