the vrm ingestion page application provides a detailed view of each ingestion batch processed by the system this view allows users to track the progress, verify the outcome, and troubleshoot any issues related to vulnerability scan imports how to access batch details navigate to the vrm ingestion page view the list of ingestion batches the batch list displays all ingestion batches, each identified by a tracking id for each batch, you will see summary details in columns tracking id unique identifier for the batch first created timestamp when the batch was initially created last updated most recent update to the batch record source origin of the imported findings (for example,demo, product x) vulnerability findings count number of findings processed in this batch time submitted to enrichment when the batch was forwarded to enrichment status current state of processing (for example, pending, submitting, successfully submitted, failed) open batch details click on a tracking id to view details for that specific batch the details page displays vulnerability finding status shows progress through the ingestion and enrichment process, with visual indicators for each step (e g , pending submission, submitting, successfully submitted) metadata batch status, source, and page type ingestion page the ingestion file and findings count sample data preview of the vulnerability findings included in the batch review errors and troubleshoot (if applicable) if a batch fails or encounters an error, error details will be shown on the batch details page use the error message and batch metadata to investigate and resolve the issue batches can be retried after addressing any issues key information available for each batch status indicates the current state—such as processing, completed, failed, or successfully submitted to enrichment number of findings processed the total count of vulnerability findings in the batch source where the data originated (e g , uploaded csv, demo file) timestamps first created when the batch was created last updated most recent modification time submitted to enrichment when the batch was forwarded to enrichment error details descriptions of any errors encountered during processing, to aid in troubleshooting
