Enable and Disable Playbooks
Use the enable/disable toggle to control when a playbook can run. Keep drafts disabled while you build and test, then enable when ready.
Enable a Playbook
- Open the playbook in Canvas.
- In the canvas toolbar, toggle Enable on.
- Save your changes if prompted.
Disable a Playbook
- Open the playbook in Canvas.
- In the canvas toolbar, toggle Enable off.
- Save your changes if prompted.
When to Keep a Playbook Disabled
- You are still configuring triggers or actions.
- You are testing with the Test Console.
- You want to prevent the playbook from running while you refine inputs and outputs.
