Every modification to the application's layout is stored in the revision history.

- Adding/Removing fields
- Adding/Removing layout elements
- Field configuration changes

To view revision history, access the pull-down menu from the Application Builder taskbar and select **History.**

Revisions are listed by version number and show which user made the change and which fields were affected. The user is shown as the display name and username, in the form Display Name (username). A deleted user still shows the last known display name, with an indicator that the user was deleted. A deactivated user shows an indicator that the account is deactivated. Expand the revision to see additional detail.
