Turbine **26.2.1** includes bug fixes that restore reliable Hero AI native action runs and more stable native action job handling on Turbine Cloud after upgrade to **26.2.0**.

## Addressed Issues

### Hero AI

- **Hero AI Native Action Failed When Names Contained Non-ASCII Characters:** Fixed an issue where running a Hero AI native action failed with "An unexpected error occurred while executing the action" after upgrade to **26.2.0**. The failure occurred when the playbook name, flow name, or action name included non-ASCII characters (for example, emoji or Japanese text). Hero AI native actions with those names now complete successfully.

### Playbook Runs

- **Native Action Jobs Failed When the Native Actions Agent Restarted:** Fixed an issue where in-progress native action jobs were stopped and reported as failed when the native actions agent shut down or restarted. In-progress jobs now continue to completion through agent shutdown instead of failing immediately.
