Turbine Cloud 25.4.1 release includes one fix on top of the 25.4 release. Release 25.4 introduced an issue in Rich text editor which is now fixed as part of 25.4.1.

### Addressed Issue

**Rich Text Editor – Missing Formatting Options**

Release 25.4 introduced an issue due to which the formatting tools in the Rich Text Editor for Application Records were not showing.
This meant users were unable to visually access options such as:

- Bullet lists
- Numbered lists
- Images
- Code blocks

This issue has now been fully resolved. All formatting options appear correctly again when editing records as earlier.
