This **Swimlane Vulnerability Response Management Release 25.0.3** release includes multiple workflow refinements, improvements to data integrity, and enhanced metadata visibility. Below is a summary of the key updates:

- Added guardrails around Remediation Item creation: items now require a valid **Asset Remediation Owner** and **Channel**. If either is missing, the item will not be created and an error status will be returned.
- Refined the workflow for Remediation Items:
  - **New**: Tickets not yet worked in the ITSM.
  - **Open**: Tickets currently being worked in the ITSM.
  - **Closed**: Tickets that are closed in the ITSM.
- Asset **Requires Attention** behavior updated to move to **True** based on a broader set of missing field data types.
- Updated icon implementation to use locally defined SVG files instead of Swimlane font references.
- Cases will no longer auto-update every 30 minutes while being worked. They now update automatically only when the associated risk score has changed.
- When a Vulnerability Finding is re-ingested and is in **Open** or **Assigned** state, that state will no longer be reset to **New/Pending**.
- When a Vulnerability Finding is re-ingested and is in the **Closed** state, it will be re-opened as **New/Pending** and its Case ID will be cleared.
- Updated the Vulnerability Finding Interface and Application to include **Asset Additional Metadata**.
- Updated the Vulnerability Asset Application to also include **Asset Additional Metadata**.
- The Vulnerability Finding **Raw JSON** view now displays raw scanner results, which were previously missing.
