SOC Solution 25.2.0 delivers fixes and improvements that enhance playbook usability, streamline case handling, and strengthen solution reliability.
Fixes
- Corrected misspelling in the Hero AI Case Summarization and Recommended Actions playbook flow.
- Removed the ChatGPT connector.
- Updated the record search to no longer use the Turbine Record Actions connector.
- Removed an invalid field from the reference YAML for case creation.
- Corrected the Claim Case button to assign the case to the current user.
Enhancements
