issue 1 two factor authentication (2fa) display for external users description two factor authentication (2fa) for external users is managed by swimlane in the external account, the users screen may display a 2fa status —this reflects the status of the external account, not the individual user for external users 2fa status is irrelevant on the external account issue 2 unable to assign roles/groups to disabled external users when “invite external users” is off description when the “invite external users” toggle is disabled in account settings, internal admin users are currently unable to assign roles or groups to external users who are in a disabled state this may prevent pre configuring external users with the correct permissions before re enabling access issue 3 misleading "success" message when re enabling globally disabled external users description even though the system indicates success when attempting to re enable external users after the 'invite external users' option has been disabled, these users remain in a disabled state upon refreshing the page issue 4 deleted components are listed description deleted components are still included in the global export package the export process does not currently exclude components that have been removed from the system
