save/update issue with large text fields addressed an issue where records containing large text fields failed to save or update when any field had 23 or more characters large text fields can now be saved without character length restrictions handled maxdocumentsize exception in task debugger addressed an issue where unhandled maxdocumentsize exceptions occurred during execution of certain integration tasks in the task debugger the debugger will now consistently raise a recordsizevalidationexception when applicable, improving error visibility and handling fixes for api comment deletion addressed an issue where deleting comments using the api resulted in error (spt 39548) text field changes not saved after integration execution addressed an issue where changes to text fields were not saved after clicking the integration button and reopening a record any updates made after the integration step were being overwritten or lost upon saving this has been corrected to ensure that all field changes are properly retained comment save error with trailing spaces and image compression addressed an issue where posting a comment with trailing spaces triggered a system error when image compression was enabled comments can now be saved successfully regardless of trailing spaces enforced access control for creating reference records addressed an issue where non admin users were able to create new reference records despite the ability to add new on target option being disabled with this fix, only users with the option enabled can add new records scrollable tracking id list in debugger configuration addressed an issue where the "select a record" dropdown in debugger > configuration failed to display a scrollable list of tracking ids the dropdown now properly supports scrolling, allowing users to view and select from the complete list as intended correct document title in dashboard pdf exports addressed an issue where exported dashboard pdfs displayed an incorrect document title the exported file now accurately reflects the dashboard name in the pdf's document properties consistent chart data in pdf export and preview addressed an issue where chart data in downloaded pdfs did not match the preview view the exported pdf now accurately reflects the same chart data shown in the preview, ensuring consistency across both formats workflow conditions now apply correctly on record create/update addressed an issue where workflow driven conditions such as modify layout and set required/optional—were not applied correctly during record creation or updates these conditions now trigger and function as expected when executed through workflows modified date/user fields only update on actual report changes addressed an issue where reports were incorrectly flagged as modified—updating the modified date and modified user fields even when no meaningful changes were made these fields now update only when actual modifications occur in the report configuration empty text list fields now save correctly addressed an issue where deleting the last item in a text list field resulted in an "invalid datatype" error, preventing the record from being saved the system now allows records with empty text list fields to be saved successfully improved audit log readability and navigation enhanced the audit log display in the history field of the new record view for better readability more changes are now visible at once, reducing the need for excessive scrolling pagination has also been introduced to improve navigation and overall user experience password reset functionality restored post 10 20 upgrade addressed an issue where the password reset functionality was not working after upgrading to version 10 20 users can now reset their passwords as expected
