Identifies previously processed findings to ensure only new or changed data is submitted for enrichment.

## VRM - Export Results

When a delta is detected, the system creates a new export entry that can be inspected by the user through the VRM - Export Results application. Clicking on an export record opens a detailed view that includes:

- **Export Status:** Indicates whether this is the latest export (for example, *Latest* or *Stale*)
- **Export File:** The file containing the exported vulnerability data
- **Row Count:** Number of findings stored in the export
- **Export Time:** Duration taken to generate the export file

These records allow users to validate which findings were marked as previously seen and excluded during deduplication.

- A new record is created when new or changed findings are detected.
- **Latest** record is used for filtering.
- Older records are marked **Stale**.

Used automatically by the deduplication flow before enrichment begins.
