### Installation and Setup

The Business Continuity Management (BCM) solution is delivered as a **Solution Support Package (SSP)** for Swimlane Turbine.

**Steps:**

1. Request the SSP from your Swimlane representative.
2. Install the SSP into your tenant.
3. After installation, two workspaces are available:
   - **Utilities – BCM** → for data imports.
   - **Business Continuity Management** → for daily BCM operations, workflows, and dashboards.

### Importing Data

Data can be imported into BCM using **BCM Data Imports** in the Utilities – BCM workspace.

**Steps:**

1. Navigate to** Utilities – BCM Workspace **→ **BCM Data Imports Application Record**.
2. Select the type of record you want to import:
   - Resources
   - Business Impact Assessments (BIAs)
   - Solutions
   - Tasks
   - Threat Scenarios
   - Incidents
3. Upload the CSV file.
4. Run the import playbook.
