orchestration insights in swimlane turbine provides visibility into the health of playbook executions it displays a list of both playbook runs (classic) and playbook runs (canvas) that have encountered issues such as failure , timeout , or skip due to infinite loop detection classic playbooks insights track when an entire classic playbook run fails canvas playbooks insights monitor when a flow within a canvas playbook fails this allows you to quickly identify operational issues, investigate root causes, and take corrective action to maintain system reliability filtering options to narrow down results, you can filter orchestration events based on a time range last 1 hour last 24 hours last 7 days last 30 days these flexible filtering options help you focus on the most relevant incidents orchestration alerts and email notifications to stay informed about failed playbooks, administrators can configure orchestration alerts in the admin panel , go to settings > tenant specific > orchestration alerts enable the send via email option by ticking the checkbox a recipients field will appear where you can specify users groups custom email ids once configured, swimlane will send an email notification containing a direct link to the failed playbook run clicking the link will navigate you directly to the corresponding failed playbook for faster investigation and troubleshooting if a playbook run fails again within 30 minutes, a new email notification is not sent immediately instead, a summary email is generated, containing a list of all failed playbook runs along with their corresponding playbook ids, and is sent for that particular tenant
