the home page in swimlane is a customizable landing screen that offers each user a personalized experience within their tenant it replaces the static welcome page with a dynamic interface that reflects your role, preferences, and recent activity—making it easier to access the dashboards, reports, and resources you care about default home page experience every new user is provisioned with a pre built home page per tenant, ensuring immediate value with no setup required key benefits favorite dashboards quickly access frequently used dashboards marked as favorites recent dashboards see your most recently accessed dashboards (session based) per user customization add, resize, rearrange, and remove cards to match your workflow admin configuration admins can preconfigure layouts and push tenant wide reports role based content cards and widgets can render conditionally based on user roles first time home page view when a user logs in for the first time, the home page is pre populated with helpful cards such as favourite dashboard displays dashboards you've marked as favorites data is persisted across sessions not editable, but removable and re addable via prebuilt cards recent dashboard shows up to five dashboards recently accessed session based —resets between login sessions dashboards can be favorited directly from this list swimlane resources contains helpful links such as documentation, release notes, and sdk access customizable by tenant admins signup for training custom html card directing users to swimlane e training or internal training pages can be replaced with tenant specific training resources this layout is customizable you can rearrange, resize, or remove cards use the “add a card” button to include reports or other content adding a card to add a new card click add a card in the top right corner fill in the card name and optional description choose the card type report – embed a saved report html – add static content using html prebuilt – restore system cards like recent or favourite dashboards complete configuration details and click create click save report card example admin tip use the “add report to all home pages” toggle to make reports visible across the tenant customizing the home page drag and drop rearrange cards anywhere on the home page by dragging them into position resize cards use the drag handles to adjust the size of any card based on content card management controls each card includes controls for data management and layout control description refresh manually reloads the card’s data auto refresh set a recurring interval for automatic data refresh more options (ellipsis menu) remove or edit the card (if editing is supported) default cards like favourite or recent dashboards can be removed but not edited role based content home page cards and content can change depending on your assigned roles analysts might see dashboards for triage or alert volume managers may see reports on sla breaches or analyst performance admins can configure role based visibility in shared reports and dashboards make reports available to all users admins can push reports across all users’ home pages navigate to the report configuration screen toggle add report to all home pages save the report becomes part of each user’s layout but can be removed by users if needed revert to default to reset your home page click revert to default restores the default layout including admin shared cards deletes any user added customizations favourite and recent dashboards can still be re added via prebuilt cards homepage management administrators and orchestrators can manage user home pages from the management > homepages view see management docid\ b xoam94qz8seej4wxm0j documentation for more details
