# Introduction

This guide explains how to authenticate the Fortra PhishLabs Security connector in Swimlane using HTTP Basic Authentication. You will obtain API credentials from PhishLabs and configure the connector in Swimlane Turbine.

# Prerequisites

## PhishLabs Access Requirements

You must have access to:

- PhishLabs platform account
- Incident Data API access
- Valid username and password for API authentication

## Required Credentials

During setup, you will collect:

- PhishLabs API Base URL
- Username
- Password

## PhishLabs Setup

### Obtain API Credentials

1. Log in to the PhishLabs platform.
2. Navigate to account or API access settings.
3. Ensure API access is enabled for your account.
4. Confirm your Username and Password for API usage.
5. Verify access to Incident Data API endpoints.
6. Save your credentials securely.

### Retrieve API Endpoint URL

1. Refer to the PhishLabs API documentation.
2. Identify the base API endpoint URL provided by PhishLabs.
3. Copy the API URL for use in Swimlane configuration.

# Connector Configuration in Swimlane

1. Log in to Turbine.
2. From the left navigation pane, click ORCHESTRATION and select Assets.
3. Click the Plus (+) icon to create a new asset.
4. Select Fortra PhishLabs Security from the Asset Type list.
5. Fill in the Asset Settings and Asset Input fields as shown below.

# Troubleshooting

- Ensure username and password are correct.
